Originally from the Valleys in South Wales, Ethan lived in Southampton for four years where he studied Sports Journalism at Southampton Solent University, before moving back home.
His experience prior to National World consists of sports writer roles at the likes of Give Me Sport, Golear Sport, FanSided and Fresh Press Media. He also worked as a media officer for Southampton Women’s Football Club, where he mainly wrote long-form features, opinion pieces, breaking news articles and match reports about Southampton Football Club.
Ethan joined National World after graduating from university and is proud of the work he has done providing help or guidance to our readership, including a breakdown of council tax rises in local authorities and an overview of an Arriva bus strike in Liverpool.
His spare time mainly consists of supporting Southampton Football club and travelling the length and breadth of Wales to compete in darts. For those interested, his highest out is currently 156 and he has lost count of the number of 180s he has hit.
